Une carte blanche publiée dans La Libre le 14 novembre 202, signée par 200 associations, institutions et services sociaux actifs à Bruxelles.
Les signataires y déclarent notamment : « Nous demandons aux autorités régionales et communales de mettre en place les moyens nécessaires pour assurer un service de qualité via la présence d’un nombre suffisant de guichets physiques accessibles à toutes et tous. Nous dénonçons la dématérialisation irréfléchie des services. Une telle réforme est de nature à transformer radicalement les liens qui nous lient les uns aux autres et qui font qu’ensemble nous faisons société. Cette question mérite de faire l’objet d’un large débat public ».
Cette carte blanche est parrainée par quatre chercheurs et professeurs qui ont étudié la problématique de la digitalisation des services et qui ont mis en évidence l’importance des guichets pour accéder aux droits :

Andrea Rea, professeur à l’Université libre de Bruxelles ;
